Balance

“There’s no secret to balance. You just have to feel the waves”
Frank Herbert

“Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.”
Thomas Merton

“You have weighed the stars in the balance, and grasped the skies in a span"
G K Chesterton

“A well-developed sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your steps as you walk the tightrope of life.”
William Arthur Ward

“We come into this world head first and go out feet first; in between, it is all a matter of balance.”

Paul Boese

I think that says it all, really.

Love this, especially that last pic, with Granny balancing the beautiful boy in her arms. He has a very special look to him. Like he knows where he is and WHO he is. Takes some of us a lot longer to settle in!

Perfect! My goodness. Just sheer perfection.
The words are great, too. (wink, wink)

Gail - Thanks, Dear. You can see the joy on the Nana's face at getting to hold the boy, non?!

Ms Moon - 8 weeks old and sitting up in this contraption. Oh, my, how fast they grow, as you well know.

Kori - You can see how and why the heart melts when it meets such vibrant new life, non?

Love seeing you here, Ladies. X0 N2

Wow 8 weeks and so talented. Nick was that big too but had that carrot topped head of hair. So good to see the pictures. Enjoy every last minute and the balance he brings to your and Deva's life.

A short visit to say thank you for yours and your good wishes. I simply adore the little one, what expressions! May he always be healthy and joyful as he is now and may you always enjoy him as much or more as you get to know him as his own person. Hugs from here.

Dear Sis - Yes, he is learning fast, this boy. It's hard not to want to move in with them so I don't miss any of it.

Elizabeth - Thanks so much for stopping by and for your kind words on the photo/quotes. It will be hard to put up the next post -- it is so much fun to see that shining little face when I open the blog.

Allegra - Nice to see you here again. This baby boy does seem to be a happy one, well, as long as he isn't in the midst of a serious boob craving, that is. Here's hoping you are feeling better every day.

LC - Sweet . Cheeks . As in : Want to gobble them.
Why can't we have skin like that for our whole lives?!

Hugs and Kisses to all of you! x0 N2

This was so much fun. Great quotes, great pictures. Great baby! He looks unbelievably advanced for his time. And so much expression. A deep thinker.

Ellen - Even the Dear Daughter, his mama, is already realizing how fast he is growing, and she get's to see he all day every day.

Kathleen - Thanks, Dear. Of course I agree that he is advanced and a deep thinker, but then I am his Nana.

Thanks for stoppin by, Ladies. Hugs from Here. N2
